Jelly Eats: Maze Adventure

Effective date: September 28, 2026

F11 Software Lab ("we", "our", or "us") operates Jelly Eats: Maze Adventure ("Jelly Eats" or "the Game").

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Jelly Eats, including information that may be processed by third-party services used for advertising and purchases.

1. Information We Collect

Jelly Eats does not require you to create a Jelly Eats account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, postal address, phone number, or email address in order to play.

However, Jelly Eats uses third-party services for advertising and purchases. Those services may automatically collect or process certain information as described in this Privacy Policy and their own privacy policies.

2. Game Progress and Local Data

Jelly Eats stores certain game information locally on your device. This may include:

This information is used to provide the Game's functionality and preserve your progress.

Jelly Eats does not currently require an online Jelly Eats account for game progression.

3. Advertising

Jelly Eats uses Google AdMob, a service provided by Google, to display advertising.

The Game may display:

Jelly Eats does not use banner advertisements.

Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, general device information, app interactions, advertising interactions, diagnostic information, and other information permitted by your device settings and applicable law.

This information may be used for purposes such as providing, delivering, measuring, limiting, personalizing, and improving advertisements and advertising services, depending on your privacy choices, device settings, region, and applicable law.

Where required, Jelly Eats may request consent or provide applicable privacy choices before requesting certain advertising. The choices available to you may vary depending on your location and applicable legal requirements.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Jelly Eats may offer optional paid products through Google Play, including Remove Ads subscription options.

Remove Ads may be offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscription options. While an eligible Remove Ads subscription is active, forced interstitial advertisements are removed.

Optional rewarded advertisements may remain available to subscribers when they voluntarily choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game reward.

Purchases and subscription payments are processed by Google Play. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card or bank-account details.

Google Play may process purchase-related information in accordance with Google's terms and privacy policies.

Subscription prices, billing periods, renewal information, and other purchase details are displayed through Google Play and may vary by country or region.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew according to the terms displayed by Google Play unless they are cancelled. You can review, manage, or cancel eligible subscriptions through your Google Play account.

5. Device Permissions

Jelly Eats is designed to request only permissions that are necessary for its functionality and enabled services.

The Game does not intentionally request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location for normal gameplay.

Network access may be used to communicate with services such as Google AdMob and Google Play when advertising or purchase functionality is active.

6. Third-Party Services

Jelly Eats uses or may communicate with the following Google services:

Third-party services may collect or process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, your privacy choices, and applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

Jelly Eats does not require children or other users to create a Jelly Eats account or directly submit personal profile information in order to play.

Advertising shown in the Game is provided through Google AdMob and will be configured in accordance with the Game's intended audience, applicable Google Play and AdMob requirements, and applicable law.

Purchases are processed through the applicable Google Play account and are subject to Google Play's purchase controls and account settings.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us using the information below.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress and settings stored locally may remain on your device until they are cleared through the Game or device, or until the Game is uninstalled, depending on your device and operating-system behavior.

Because Jelly Eats does not currently require an online Jelly Eats account, there is no online Jelly Eats game account for you to delete.

Purchase and subscription records may be maintained by Google Play according to Google's applicable policies and legal obligations.

Information processed by Google AdMob or other third-party services is subject to the applicable third party's own data-retention and deletion practices.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to design and maintain Jelly Eats with privacy and security in mind.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when Jelly Eats introduces or changes features, advertising services, purchases, subscriptions, online functionality, or other services.

Updates will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be revised when appropriate.
